Since 1993, DKS Dienstleistungsgesellschaft für Kommunikationsanlagen des Stadt- und Regionalverkehrs mbH has been a service partner in the field of public transport. DKS is member of the Association of German Transport Organisations (VDV) and was founded as a subsidiary company of Häfen und Güterverkehr AG, Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG, Siemens AG (transportation systems department).
